It’s always good to have confidence in your playing and to exude just that. It makes you play better. But it’s just as important to look at your skills in general and figure out which ones are the weakest so that you can go about improving them.more info

Music is fun! A lot of fun. Actually, the more you learn about music the more fun it will become. And there is so much to learn, you could spend 10 lifetimes without exhausting the possibilities.
But how do you get better? How can you have more fun?
Practice! Yep, and practicing is boring you say? I don’t think practice has to be boring. I think that people need to practice practicing. Sounds complicated? more info

Literally all cruise line companies are racing to expand their fleets of ships and Princess Cruise Lines is no exception. On 6/4/2007 the company announced that the “Ruby Princess” will be added to the fleet and will debut on November 15th, 2008 in the Caribbean.
There will be more sightings of Princess Cruises’ ships in New England and Eastern Canada in 2008. According to Cruise Industry News, Caribbean-, Sea-, and Royal Princess will contribute to an increase in capacity of 50% by extending existing itineraries and adding new ones. The New England/Canada itineraries are popular with passengers and crew since they represent a nice blend of larger cities with smaller ports of great interest and beauty. Princess Cruises also added a new port to the line-up, the 355 year-old New London, Connecticut, which has many historic sites to offer.Visit Cruise Industry News for details on some of the itineraries.

Lala, a California based start-up launched a digital music service that lets you download mp3s to your iPod for free.
You can also trade your old CDs for others that you want. All you do is create a “Want” list and a “Have” list. Once you find someone that wants your CD, you’ll mail it out using an envelope Lala provides and you’ll get music in return that you have on your “Want” list.
I think this is exciting news. I believe now that the music industry has realized that they can’t win the battle over illegal downloads by enforcing DRM (digital rights management) they are more willing to experiment with new business models, and Lala is just the beginning.

Stever Jobs believes Apple’s iPhone will be not only best iPod ever but also an “incredibly great” phone. He recently spoke with Walt Mossberg of Walt Street Journal. The iPhone has been hotly debated ever since it was announced back in January. While no one knows how well the iPhone is going to do, you’ve got to love the way it’s shaking up the cel phone industry. In my opinion, the iPhone is already a winner for bringing out the best in competing companies. In the end, the consumer benefits from this.
